Order forms

These order forms (in Excel 2003 format) allow us to prepare your order in the most efficient way.

May we ask you to use the order forms when you send us your order. It allows us to prepare your order faster and without any mistakes.

 

 

Procedure and General Conditions 'Mail order'

Fuchsia and pelargonium cuttings come in plugs. For these cuttings the same price counts as cuttings sold at the nursery.

Fuchsias are sent in the months March and April. Pelargonium are sent in March – April and September – October. And only when the weather permits sending them.

Your order must be placed at least 6 weeks before the sending date. If you want to receive your order in April, then your order must be in at least at 15 February. Each order will be handled separately. We don’t stock cuttings in pots of this size. It guarantees that you receive young, fresh cuttings. Quality at first place!

Sorts that can’t be delivered will not be replaced by another variety unless you ask for it. We only sent cuttings that answer our quality expectations. Cuttings that are not strong enough to survive the trip will not be sent.

Wij zijn ook niet aansprakelijk voor stekken die niet op tijd aankomen of die tijdens de reis dood gegaan zijn. Dus geen vervanging. Stekken worden alleen op uw verantwoordelijkheid verzonden.

We do not take any responsibility for cuttings that don’t arrive on time or that don’t survive the trip. No replacements! Cuttings are only sent on your own responsibility.

We work with DHL Time Definite. Delivery within 24 - 48 hours after collection of the cuttings at the nursery. It is of the utmost importance that the cuttings arrive at their destiny as soon as possible. We do not ship outside the EU, simply because the costs related to obtaining the necessary certificates are too important.

It is not possible to give an estimate of the transport charges in advance. Transport charges depend on the place where you live, or where the order has to be sent to. You should understand that an order becomes profitable when you order more than 30 cuttings. The more you order the less you pay for the transport charges. Maybe you can order with several people together, this will reduce the transport charges each will have to pay.

You can only pay via a bank transfer. When we have received your order, we will send a mail with the amount (price of the plants + transport charges)to transfer. Included in the mail are our bank account data (IBAN and BIC number). Once the money has been transferred and on our bank account, we will prepare you order and ship it.
